With a career in Nutrition that began in 2005, I built a strong foundation in Food Production before expanding my expertise into Gastronomy. In 2018, I completed my degree with a focus on Fine Cuisine, embracing refined techniques and global flavors.

Since 2016, I have dedicated myself to working as a Personal Chef, creating culinary experiences crafted with precision, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients. I am skilled in preparing dishes from a wide range of international cuisines, yet my true specialty lies in the rich, diverse, and soulful flavors of Brazilian cuisine.

My mission is to transform each occasion into a memorable moment through thoughtful, personalized menus.
